Judys Yum Yum Cake
My sister Judy Golden makes this cake and it is so good. I appreciate so much
her putting her recipe in my cookbook.
Anything she makes is great!!
A butter pecan cake mix
A coconut pecan tub of frosting
4 eggs one cup of oil
1 cup of water
1 cup of chopped pecans
Mix for two minutes and put in greased and floured bundt pan.
Cook at 325 for about 55 minutes or until it tests done with a tooth pick.
