Scalloped Potatoes
Boil about:
7 large potatoes with the pealing on until done, let cool then take peal off of potatoes.
In large pan put:
1 stick of margarine
1 cup of chopped onion
Cook until onion is soft. Then put:
2 table spoons of flour in mixture and stir then add:
3 cups of milk
½ pound of Velveeta cheese
Cook until smooth.
Grease a large jelly roll size pan. Slice all the potatoes in small slices. Then start layering them in the pan with the sauce. Put cheddar cheese on the top.
Put in a 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
This is a great dish to take to a pot luck meal, the person
that eats this is lucky!
