Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are about the best cookies I have ever eaten!

Soften:

2 ½ - sticks of butter

Put in mixer bowl and put:

1 - cup of brown sugar
1 - cup of white  sugar,  beat good

Put:

1 – tablespoon of vanilla
2 - large eggs, beat good with mixer

On top of this put:

3 - cups flour
1 - teaspoon of salt
1 - teaspoon of baking soda
1 - teaspoon of baking powder

Beat good with mixer.

Then put:

1 - 12 oz package of chocolate chips in mixer and beat.

Put on a parchment paper, baking sheet, I used a small ice cream scoop it made big cookies.
They are wonderful! Sinful!!

You can also substitute Crisco for the butter. The butter will make it spread a bit more
